Calllog - SMS permission : We use Contact details, calllog and SMS for Authetication and CRM.
Storage permission : To Read and write Document and photos, we use Read and write storage permission.
Camera permission : To upload photo, we use Camera and flashlight permission.
Modify Settings : To remind task, we use vibrate and Audio settings permission.
Location Permission : To get proper location accuracy to save perfect data of users/clients.
Note :
if user not allow permissions while installation then user can use some feature like submit entry with attachments that uses runtime camera and storage permission, reporting or attendance and journey has use runtime location permission and also use background location to start/stop journey and submit reporting or attendance data to get proper location accuracy when user offline to store in local and whenever connect with internet to upload data into server.
We want to inform users that we use permissions to access to your Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
Personal Data Collection :
We collected user's personal encrypted data such as given below in secure way.
Personal Info
➡ Address is used for mention client/customer personal information.
➡ We collect user's Phone Number for personal information that app's core functionality for account management.
Location
➡ Approximate location it is use for user's location if user is not connected by internet to get last known location and may low accurate location.
➡ Precise location it is use for user's location when user's device connected with internet and get accurate location for attendance/journey/reporitng for app functionality.
Photos and Videos
➡ Photos is collected for submit entry who mandatory fields for attachment like attendance/reporting etc.
➡ Videos is collected for submit entry.
Audio files
➡ Voice or sound recordings is collected for submitting entry it's mot mandatory but if user's cannot type remarks and details and use these functionality for better communication with other employee/user.
App info and performance
➡ Crash logs if user's may any issue from app and app not responding or crashes that we can checked and solved.
Files and docs
➡ Files and docs are collected for submit entry which select from file manager and attach with entry screen.
Device or other IDs
➡ Device or other IDs are collected for user identify and get data from server and app's core functionality for account management.
Note :-
User can request for collected data deletion by app's functionality or email also.
