How many minimum modules do I need to start implementation?

Can I get a demo from ORECS expert for a second time?

Can I start with one user?
Commencing with a single user is not advisable for ORECS to realize its full potential. It is recommended to onboard multiple users to effectively leverage its capabilities. Additionally, it's advisable for decision-makers to refrain from self-approval to ensure optimal utilization of the system.
I have two companies with the same maximum number of employees. Do I need to buy separate ORECS for both companies?
Yes, separate licenses are required for each company.

What if I discontinue using ORECS after some time?
Upon discontinuation, you can request your database in MS-Excel format twice per quarter. Please note, exported data may not align with standard report formats,

What about the security of my data?
Your data is safeguarded on servers managed by a reputable hosting company, serving MNCs and government bodies. We uphold NDA agreements with server rental firms, ensuring confidentiality. Additional NDA documentation is available upon request for heightened security.
Is it true that ORECS needs an internet connection?
Yes, ORECS requires an Internet connection for full functionality. However, the ORECS Mobile App offers limited offline data entry options to accommodate areas with no mobile network connectivity.
Do I have to buy an updated version of ORECS in the future?
No, there's no need to purchase updated versions of ORECS. We provide free updates to ensure all users have access to the latest version. Our commitment is to keep ORECS current, ensuring no user is left with an outdated version.
What if my employee leaves the company with the ORECS mobile application? Can they misuse my company's data or information?
No, your company's data security is ensured. In the event of an employee leaving, ORECS allows for immediate access termination via a simple "Deactivate" action in the HR Module, effectively preventing misuse of company data via both mobile and desktop applications.
I am worried about the backup of my important data.
We regularly back up your data to ensure its safety and integrity.
For how many years does ORECS keep my data on the Live System?
ORECS retains data on the Live System for a default period of 5 years (excluding media and attachments). Data older than 5 years is archived offline with a backup copy available upon request, provided in our standard format without modifications.
Do I need to continue existing accounting software after buying the account module of ORECS?
While purchasing the Account Module of ORECS is advantageous, we suggest continuing with your existing accounting software. We offer integration with TALLY, enabling seamless data import from ORECS to TALLY for your convenience.
Is the dashboard the same for everyone?
Dashboard is highly dynamic, tailored to each user's rights, responsibilities, and priorities. Users have complete freedom to customize their dashboard according to their preferences and requirements.
